Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Faculty Success at 
  2. Access your Promotion and Tenure Workflow (name of the workflow may vary from each Academic Year)
  3. When you arrive at a section of the Faculty Submission Form for Tenure and Promotion, you will see a text box like this: 
  4. You can type directly into this box, but if you wish to add a clickable Hyperlink to another site that contains an image, audio, video, or other external document, click on the hyperlink icon to add the URL and name of the link:
  5. Once you have completed the fields, click save and you will be brought back to the original text box where you can continue adding text the field.
