As a Supervisor or Manager you may often be requested to approve a support request. Below are steps on how to approve a support request ticket.
- Log on to https://support.salisbury.edu
- In the upper right hand corner click on Requests and then Approvals.
- You will see a list of requests that are waiting approval. Click on one to open the ticket where you can see the details of what is being requested or needs approval.
- You can then Approve, Decline, or comment on the ticket.
