During Orientation 101, Information Technology provides a concurrent session to provide you with information about the services that are provided to your student by Information Technology, including email, internet access, printing services and information about software discounts. If you are unable to attend one of our sessions during Orientation 101, you can find the information in the guides below. Your student can change their password through the Password Assistance page. Prior to Orientation 101, your student will use the GullNet Password Reset (Incoming/Prospective Students Only) section to have a password emailed to their email address on file. Once they have their full SU email address, they can setup and use the SU Password Reset System to reset their password at will. Note that just prior to Orientation 101, your student's password will reset to the original password, and won't be able to be changed until after Orientation.
