Problem:
After attempting to reset your password using the password reset system at https://mypassword.salisbury.edu you receive the below error.
"Unable to reset password. The LDAP server returned an unknown error."
Solution:
Passwords cannot contain personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name or address.
Complete the password reset process again. This time create a password that does not include personal information.
Look for the green check/success icon on completion.
