The Salisbury University Family Experience portal and email newsletter allows parents, family members, and Supporters to stay informed about SU happenings, news, events and information. With an easy-to-use platform, you can quickly have access to hundreds of articles about Salisbury University’s campus. Account holders have the option to opt-in to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly e-mails.  

To access the portal parent will create an account using the link below and request access from their student.

Parents will add connections with students when prompted at login or by going to Profile>View Student Connections>Add New Connection

Once the parent creates an account and requests access from their student, the student will receive an email to approve the access. 

When the student selects "Click here to approve this request" in the email they will be transferred to the portal where they can view the request..

The student will need to click on the option to the right of the request notification in the blue bar to create a check mark and approve the request. 

Then click Save Changes

Parents can receive full access or students can change the access based on their needs (see below).

Access can be revoked by the student at anytime by logging in to the portal and selecting View Details. 

The below shows an example of what parents will view when they login to the Family Experience Parent Portal.

Selecting the Cap icon to the top right will show what access the student has granted to the parent. 

Once granted the portal provides links to Accounts Receivable and Cashiers Office and well as Financial Aid.
