To review your Zoom recording settings go to and sign in with your SU credentials

Select Settings from the column on the left and Recording from the top

Scroll down to the option titled Automatic recording.

The slider will be grey when disabled and blue when enabled. 

To save space in the Zoom cloud and only record meetings as needed on demand disable the Automatic recording option.

If you prefer to have the option enabled you will see the options to Record on the local computer or Record in the cloud.

To save space in the Zoom cloud select Record on the local computer all recordings will be saved to your local computer for review.  

If you need the transcript you must save to the cloud.
