A user is having trouble logging into Titanium.
**As of 1/3/2019, Titanium no longer requires the user be signed into the SU VPN.
Titanium uses a separate username and password from the SU username and password. Make sure the user is using the correct username and password. It is also helpful to verify the user has access to the proper location in the O drive. If the user is having trouble with the username and password, Nikki Dyer in Student Counseling Services (x36070) can assist with lockouts and other issues.
