Below is information on using the Zoom Webinar function as an Attendee. Each article will link you to the appropriate help documentation:

Virtual Poster Presentations

Access the Virtual Poster Presentation Portal to Update your Poster and Information: (Sent to your Salisbury University Email Address as an Invitation)

  • You will receive an email invitation (example below) to upload and edit your information within the Virtual Poster Presentation portal.
  • Click on the Upload Your Virtual Poster button to get started.
  • You will be brought to the SUSRC poster registration page. Enter the information requested on the screen (required fields have an asterisk next to them). You will need to provide the following information:
    • Title of Your Poster
    • Author(s)
    • Institution (Already Filled In)
    • Abstract (optional)
    • Pre-recorded Video URL (optional)
    • Hashtags that emphasis your poster (optional)
    • Presenter Name (Already Filled In)
    • Presenter Email (Already Filled In)
    • Upload Your Poster
      • You MUST choice to Upload a PDF (25MB limit)
      • Once you click o Choose a File, a new window will appear for you to locate the file
    • Click SUBMIT
  • Please note that you can always return and make edits to this page until the day before SUSRC
