There is an automatic setting in Zoom that requires users to enter a password to view cloud recordings. These instructions will show you how to turn that setting off for all future recordings.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Sign into salisbury.zoom.us 
  2. Click Settings on the left then choose the Recordings tab
  3. Scroll down until you see “Require password to access shared cloud recordings”
  4. Turn the “Require password to access shared cloud recordings” toggle switch off (grey) to disable the password requirement.  

    Students should no longer be required to enter passwords once you publish them and make them available in the course.
