Customer Confirmation Sessions will provide: 

  • A walk through and demonstration of system configuration of business processes that have been built in Workday. 
  • Highlights of transformational benefits of Workday and how it will modernize USM business practices. 
  • An opportunity to provide feedback to the project team about Workday. (Please contact your Change Ambassador)

If you would like to attend one or more Customer Confirmation Sessions, please send an email to the Maryland Connect inbox at mdconnect@usmd.edu, with the list of sessions you would like to attend. You will subsequently receive invites to your selected sessions from the Maryland Connect inbox. 

We will be placing the slides that are shared during the May 2022 Customer Confirmation Sessions in this location throughout the month. If you have any questions or concerns, please post them in our Workday MS Teams group.
