To create a forwarding rule in the Microsoft 365 Outlook Web App 

  1. Go to https://www.office.com/ and login with your SU email and password.
  2. Select Outlook from the list of applications. 
  3. Choose Options in the upper right corner.
  4. Select Forwarding, check mark the Enable Forwarding box, and enter an email address to receive your forwarded email.
  5. Choose to Keep a copy of the forwarded messages and click Save.

To turn off forwarding, follow the above steps to reach the Forwarding option, and then un-check Enable Forwarding.
